JOIN US Since 1997, IDEAS has sought employees and partners who are skilled and compassionate. Our projects and partnerships demonstrate love and meet needs among groups of forgotten and overlooked people. Currently we have 99 Associates working in 13 countries and with 30 projects. By becoming an Associate (employee), you can use your gifts, training, and talent to meet specific needs. New Associates (employees) are given 2-to-3 years to become Project Developers. During this training period, Associates will research needs and opportunities, become familiar with local cultures, and acquire language skills. As a Project-Developer In-Training, new Associates will develop the skills needed to develop projects and demonstrate love among forgotten and overlooked people.
