IDEAS' work is to meet tangible and holistic needs among communities of forgotten and overlooked people. We believe that "holism" includes several categories of human experience and human need: social, intellectual, physical and spiritual.
IDEAS sends skilled professionals to develop a project or work alongside others within an existing project. Each professional, whom we call an "Associate" uses their experience, skill-set and education to transform communities and build relationships.
IDEAS Associates, who seek to meet tangible needs, develop projects within five categories:
Agriculture
Business
Community Development
Education
Healthcare
These projects directly respond to human need with innovation and compassion. A time-tested methodology is applied to all projects and each step is crucial to its impact and longevity. The steps to a successful project are as follows:
1. Assess needs in partnership with local community.
2. Develop projects which are valued by local community.
3. Implement projects and build on relationships.
4. Serve and work with excellence, allowing individual lives and communities to be transformed socially, intellectually, physically and spiritually.
