IDEAS Project Categories include:
Education: elementary through university and adult students; classroom and informal settings; basic education, university science, health and hygiene, literacy, vocational skills and English.

Medical: community clinics, short-term teams, village doctor training and AIDS issues.

Community Development: assessments-of-need, community health and education training, clean water and vocational enhancement.

Agriculture: yield-management techniques, vegetable and fruit orchards, soil analysis, erosion control, fertilization and irrigation.
